WHERE AND ON WHICH DEVICE CAN I WATCH THE FILM?
You will have access to the episode or series from any device (Computer, tablet, etc.). Simply log in with your email and password with which you signed up with. If you have a Smart TV, you can play the episode or series from your device. You have unlimited viewings during the paying period (either 72 hours for an episode or 1 month for the series).
CAN I STREAM THE EPISODE TO MY TV?
With a Smart TV (which can access the internet), the easiest way to get content from your device (Computer, tablet, etc.) is with an HDMI cable. Connect your device to your TV with the cable or via wireless, open your TV provider (Chromecast, Roku, Apple TV, etc) and you are set.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY EPISODE WON'T PLAY?
1. Restart your browser and try the episode again.
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
3. Update your browser to the latest version.
4. Try to recreate the issue on different browsers and see if it still happens.
5. If it still won’t work, restart your computer and try again.
